For the cost of using Xfinity, I have higher expectations. I use other streaming apps that function better and have better interfaces! Also, there used to be a nice feature that allowed me to continue watching my show and view the channel guide on the side - unfortunately, that feature has been removed. It's basically pretty good, but there's some UX problems that they never fix. For example, the only way to pare down hundreds of channels is to make them favorites. Now you have many dozens. It takes about four clicks to switch to frequently watched channels. They need a frequent list so FREQUENT channels are one click away. I've reported this three times. No change. Chanel line up. System malfunctions. I basically have to use the browser site which is half as bad. Still terrible. Some improvements maybe? I've had this service for years. Nothing has changed in that time? This app is pretty much useless. Especially since Xfinity can't manage to provide any kind of service or any troubleshooting help. Clearly we have a very different understanding of the definition of troubleshooting! Also, after several tries, I was able to pause a device. Then, I wasn't able to unpause it for 3 days because this joke of an app wouldn't load!
Just kept giving me "that didn't go as planned" nonsense. You have to have Wifi these days and Xfinity knows it, so they don't give a damn!
